These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bk0k platform and its user ("you" or "member"). All services provided through the bk0k website, mobile version, or any other digital channel are covered by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To use the bk0k platform, you must create a personal account. All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bk0k reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

bk0k may at any time ask an account member to submit documents required for identity verification (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

bk0k is for users aged 21 and above only. Creating or operating an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited.

If false age information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. We are firmly committed to preventing minors from participating in gambling.

In addition, residents of countries or regions where online gaming services are legally prohibited may not use this platform. It is the member's sole responsibility to comply with the local laws of their area.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the bk0k platform through Bangladesh's main mobile banking methods. Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • There are no extra fees for deposits — however, your payment provider may charge separately.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk0k offers a welcome bonus for new members. Current offer: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

  • A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
  • Before withdrawing a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be completed.
  • The bonus applies only once per account.
  • Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory to convert winnings earned using a bonus into real funds.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or any attempt to fraudulently claim a bonus is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings received will be considered void.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when betting on bk0k:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk0k reserves the right to void that bet.
  • If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the information recorded in the system will be considered final.
  • If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the associated account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports, detailed rules specific to each market apply and can be found in the relevant section. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are operated according to the rules of third-party game providers. All games are run on fair play principles and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party payment methods.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Providing fraudulent or misleading information on the platform.
  • Using bots or automated software to manage bets.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all associated balances. Law enforcement authorities may be informed if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bk0k

bk0k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Incorrect or false registration information.
  • Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
  • Account inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed and bonus-related conditions will be reviewed before the account is closed.
